1. Food safety
As our products are food items, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, spoiled or wrong product, inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packing. After verification, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
3. Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched. Custom, bulk and gifting orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method or by bank transfer.
