These terms apply to the use of this website and to all orders placed with Janta Parlour & General Store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our products
Our products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour, size and texture are natural and are not defects.
2. Ingredients and allergens
Ingredients are listed on the pack or shared on request. Some products contain, or are made in a kitchen that also handles, sesame, peanuts, gluten, mustard, dairy or other allergens. Please check with us before ordering if you have an allergy.
3. Orders and pricing
An order is confirmed once we share availability, price and delivery details and you confirm. Prices may change with seasonal ingredient costs; the price confirmed at the time of order applies.
4. Payment
Payment can be made as agreed at the time of order, for example by UPI, bank transfer or cash on delivery where available. Bulk and gifting orders may require an advance.
5. Storage and use
Store products in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Use a clean, dry spoon for pickles. Consume before the best-before date on the pack.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage or use after delivery.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
